My name is Lindsay Palmer. I’m an experienced education professional with a background as a class teacher, SENCO, SEND Advisor, Head of Teaching School, and an Executive Leader within a multi-academy Trust. I offer a range of consultancy services to schools and Academy Trusts, specialising in SEND and school improvement. I work with senior and middle leaders, SENCOs/INCOs, teachers, support staff, and Governors.
